Nokia 9 PureView Receiving Its First Update With March Security Patch, Camera Improvements

Packing the March Android Security Patch, the upgrade is currently accessible and will automatically hit the Nokia 9 PureView owners. The upgrade is only available in the united states at the moment. To remember, HMD Global had introduced the Nokia 9 PureView smartphone in the newly concluded Mobile World Congress 2019 at Barcelona. The telephone is currently available in the USA.

Founded at a tweet from Juho Sarvikas, who’s the chief product officer in HMD International, the software upgrade is approximately 282MB in dimension. Sarvikas had previously mentionedthe telephone will even bring several improvements linked to the picture tuning into the Nokia 9 PureView. The upgrade rollout initially began on March 4.

As all software upgrades are published in batches, the Nokia 9 PureView may require a couple of days to reach users. But if you do not need to watch for the upgrade notification, it is possible to attempt to manually start looking for the upgrade by visiting Settings > About Telephone > System upgrades .

There’s still no word on if HMD Global intends to establish the Nokia 9 PureView in India. The telephone features five back cameras using Zeiss accredited lenses, which can be linked with three 12-megapixel monochrome detectors and two 12-megapixel RGB detectors. There’s also a 20-megapixel selfie shot on the telephone.
